Sara is a Member of the Canadian Reiki Asociation(CRA). This means that there are membership guidelines and conducts that must be followed and that she has been trained by a recognized master/teacher.
She has been practicing since August 2007 when she
was attuned and instructed by Denise Carpenter of
Reiki Associates. She has currently completed the
1st and 2nd Level Reiki certifications of
Usui Shiki Ryoho.
She is currently a student of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at the International Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Ottawa Ontario. She studies Chinese and Western Herbology, Acupuncture, Tui Na Massage, and Nutrition among other things.
She began practicing Tui Na Massage in October 2007.
Sara has a 2 year background of human rights, religion and sociology from Carleton University where she was on the Dean’s Honour List before she switched career paths.
